Caffeine is the primary component of coffee that is responsible for its mild stimulatory effect on the central nervous system. A six-ounce cup of coffee typically contains approximately 50 to 75 milligrams of caffeine. For people who are sensitive to caffeine, even 10 milligrams could cause serious discomfort.
At Idecaf Coffee Co., we take great pains to ensure that our premium quality coffee beans are decaffeinated the right way. We begin right from the source of the coffee beans itself. We scour the world for coffee beans cultivated sustainably employing best practices. We source our premium beans from places such as South America, Indonesia and Thailand amongst others. These fresh beans are then transported to our processing facility in the States and we take great effort to ensure that this is done both speedily and in a manner that continually preserves the freshness of the beans.
